Baked Salmon

This is the perfect salmon dish with just the right amount of seasoning. I personally like theFish/Fowl blend the best, as I think there is nothing better than the taste of dill on seafood. The Zesty Lemon Fish/Fowl Blend has more of a lemony flavor with other tantalizing herbs. However, I invite you to try the recipe both ways to find your favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon filets or steaks
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or Onion Flakes
  • 1 tsp Fish/Fowl Blend or Zesty Lemon Fish/Fowl Blend
  • 2 TBSP butter

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Rinse salmon, and arrange in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Sprinkle dry ingredients over the fish. Place pieces of butter evenly over the fish.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
