Call me old fashioned, but there isn’t a better way to cook a turkey than the way Grandma did. Sure the cooking bag keeps it moist, but I’ve never had any complaints about my turkey being dry. I guarantee results.
Melt butter and add Poultry Seasoning. Brush turkey with butter/seasoning mix. Use remainder of mix to baste turkey every 30-45 minutes. Continue basting until mixture is gone. Bake until turkey is done.
