(Gallium odoratum) Mix an exhilarating drink to lift the spirits and create a carefree atmosphere. Place leaves in a large bowl, pour over juice of one lemon and half a bottle of Rhine wine to cover the leaves. Put in a warm place for three to four hours, add 4-6 TBSP of sugar and 1 1/2 bottles of Rhine wine, chill. Just before serving add a bottle of sparkling white wine or champagne. Infuse to make a refreshing and relaxing tea which can relieve stomach pains.
