Do you have cucumbers coming out your ears this year? Well here is a new and exciting way to use them.

Peel, de-seed and chop. Slice onion and sauté together in a small amount of olive oil.

Make a thick white sauce, season with salt, pepper and Lucy’s Moroccan Blend and serve…delicious!
