This is the perfect gravy for your holiday Turkey. My guests come back year after year to enjoy it. It is simple, but delicious. Try using a more natural arrowroot for a thickener in place of cornstarch.
Remove turkey from pan, conserving turkey drippings. Place drippings in saucepan and heat. Stir in cream of chicken soup. Add poultry seasoning and salt & pepper to taste.
Mix a small amount of cornstarch to thicken gravy. Gravy will thicken more as it cools; add cornstarch slowly and in small amounts until gravy reaches desired thickness.
