(Serenoa repens) Used to treat prostate problems and frequent urination. Taken most generally in capsule form. Inhibits the production of dihydrotestosterone (a hormone which contributes to enlargement of the prostate). Good for poor appetite and may also enhance sexual functioning and desire.
Properties Include: Capric, Caproic, Caprylic, Lauric, Oleic, Palmitic Acids and Resin.
