I developed this incredible dip a restaurant contacted me and asked me to develop something. It took quite a bit of time to work the recipe out but now I can’t keep it in stock. It is a compilation of garlic, onions, dill, paprika, Anaheim, lemon zest, cumin, coriander, sea salt, sugar, sweet peppers and ginger. Also good mixed with hamburger before making patties!! Also available as a rub. Try it in my Creamy Beef and Onions recipe.
Mix package with 1 cup sour cream and a tablespoon of mayo. Let sit several hours before serving with crackers, veggies or chips.
