(Agathosma betulina) The Buchu plant has been used for centuries in South Africa for various urinary disorders especially urinary, kidney, and prostate problems. It has been known to relieve catarrh conditions and inflammation in the kidneys and cramps in the bladder. It has also been recommended for gravel and stones in the kidneys and bladder.
Properties Include: Barosma camphor diasmin, essential oils, i-enthone, hesperidin, mucilage and resin.
