(Allium Schoenoprasum) Eat in salads, sandwiches, soups, cottage cheese and baked potatoes. Great mixed with other herbs for spices and marinades.

All alliums contain some iron and vitamins, and are a mild antibiotic. Sprinkle on food to stimulate appetite and promote digestion.
