(Poterium Sanguisorba) Combine with other herbs like rosemary and tarragon and add at the beginningof cooking to casseroles and cream soups.  Make a white sauce for fish with 2 TBSP chopped Tarragon and Salad Burnet fresh or 1 TBSP dried and 4 oz of butter, simmer for 10 minutes.  Salad Burnet has a nutty cucumber flavor.

Make an infusion to help with hemorrhoids or diarrhea.  Sprinkle leaves on food to help with digestion – contains vitamin C.
