My herb blends start in the greenhouse where our plants are nurtured by Dan, our employees and I. When the seedlings are large enough we transplant them to their new home in the herb or vegetable gardens. With a little water and Mother Nature’s help we watch them grow and when they are at their optimum flavor we hand harvest, transport to our commercial kitchen, wash and dehydrate with care. Once the herbs have dried, they are placed in sealed containers until I am ready to work with them. For quality assuredness I won’t allow anyone else to do the blending. I am very precise on how my recipes are followed, therefore my herbs and spices are blended in a loving manner by my hands only. I make everything in small batches to ensure freshness at all times. Once my recipes are concocted, I then count on my staff to bottle, seal and label them with care.
