Creamy Beef Stew

Ingredients:
3-4 lbs soup bones and stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion (Chopped)
3-4 cloves garlic (chopped or grated)
Small bunch of fresh or frozen spinach (chopped)
1 quart fresh or frozen green beans
2-3 TBSP Lucy’s Soup Seasoning
1 tsp Lucy’s Krazy Sea Salt
Fresh ground rainbow pepper to taste
Jasmine rice – ½ – 1 cup
1 small hot pepper chopped or sub Lucy’s spicy pepper blend to taste

Instructions:
Boil soup bones and stew meat until tender. Let cool then cut into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients, add water if necessary to cover vegetables and cook for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or fresh bread.
