A little sweet goes a long way and I am not one for too much frosting on my cakes, but I absolutely love a scrumptious cream cheese frosting. This simplistic recipe will top any pumpkin bars, zucchini or carrot cake that will have your guests asking for a second helping. Use to frost Lucy’s Pumpkin Spice Bars.
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until smooth and spreadable.
