This is a very simple recipe, but VERY tasty!!! You won’t need anything else to give your lamb chops the perfect flavor. I prepare this recipe on the grill in the summer and under the broiler in the winter. In the summer I walk out to the garden to pick the side dishes. When the ground is covered with snow I find that a baked winter squash harvested earlier makes the perfect accompaniment.
Place lamb chops on the grill sprinkle generously with Provencial Blend and lightly with salt and pepper. Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side.
Remove from grill and serve with your favorite summer vegetables and rice.
