Poultry is such a staple in our diet here on the farm and there isn’t anything better than adding a base of fresh carrots and onions. This dish is simplistic but delicious with a little olive oil and my Fried Chicken Sprinkle.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice onions and grate carrots and place in the bottom of a 9×12 baking dish. Mix Olive oil with Fried Chicken Sprinkle, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub the chicken pieces and place on top of the vegetables.
Bake for 1 ½ hours. Serve with warm bread.
