Baked/Grilled Chicken with Lemon Fish/Fowl Blend

Who doesn’t like a lemon flavor on their chicken? When using my Zesty Lemon Fish Fowl Blendalong with Oregano you will have an interesting flavor for your chicken whether you roast or grill. Hope you like onions, there are a lot of them in this dish.


  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 large roasting chicken
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2-3 TBSP Oregano
  • 2 TBSP Zesty Lemon Fish/Fowl Blend
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut onions in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Place one half of the onions in the bottom of a baking dish. Cut the chicken pieces up. Combine all of the spices and rub the chicken pieces with the mixture. Add the chicken to the top of the onions, then place remaining onions on top.

Cover with aluminum foil or tight fitting lid and cook for 1 hour 10 minutes. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.

Please note: This can also be done on the grill in an aluminum pan…very tasty!
