I really love a great pasta dish and can’t pass up putting it together with fresh veggies from my organic vegetable garden.
I start with the best pasta on the market DeCio, processed fresh with natural ingredients, and then add only the freshest vegetables together with my Lucy’s Olive Rub. Mix and match different veggies and create your own combination.

Place olive oil in pan and warm a bit, then add the garlic, onion and pepper and stir fry over medium high heat until slightly tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook to desired consistency. In the meantime, prepare the pasta, mix all ingredients together and serve.
